I searched a ticket from Zermatt - Interlaken Ost, and was going to buy one of the supersaver ticket. The first time I proceeded to Checkout but I realized that I didn’t choose the Half Fare card, so I didn’t pay.
When I tried to checkout the second time, the warning message pops up showing “The offer allocation has since been used up. Please search offers again.”
I tried a few times and it was always like, I couldn’t buy any ticket! even I changed the other trains..
Can someone please help please?
