Wrong last name with the ticket

Hello. I’ve purchased 2 saver tickets but just found that the last name of another passenger was wrong. (His DOB & first name are correct). As these tickets cannot be refunded, it seems that I cannot just cancel the tickets and rebook. Please advise what should I do. Thank you.

Thank you for your request.

If the name on the ticket is not correct, you have to buy another one. Please book your ticket with the correct details and send an e-mail to ticketshop@sbb.ch to cancel the wrong one. The cancellation costs CHF 10.-
