The situation is this, I bought a train ticket on SBB’s website almost 2 am ~ 3 pm local time on April 27, 2018.
At that time I was at the Frankfurt(Main)Hbf station. The train information is Frankfurt(main)Hbf - Venlo Friday, 27.04.18, 03:08 - 07:56 hour. My order number is 123395468. But I don’t know why I didn’t receive an e-ticket via email. I just got a travel detail.
In your e-mail you wrote: “You can collect your order at any staffed SBB station within Switzerland by quoting your order number 123395468. Additionally it is imperative to present some official identification.” But like I said, I was there almost 2 am ~ 3 pm local time on April 27, 2018., which means I will take the train in less than an hour. At the time, I could not find any open counter at the station, so I could not print my ticket by SBB counter. Because I have a scheduled itinerary, I must go back, so I first take the train. On the way, the person who checked the ticket at the time checked that I did not have a ticket and asked me to send the ticket by e-mail. Can I request my e-ticket with order number 123395468? I can provide my scanned passport certificate.
