You will find all the information here: https://www.sbb.ch/en/leisure-holidays/travel-in-switzerland/international-guests/swiss-travel-pass.html This Ticket is not valid to go to Germany, you need to buy a ticket from the boarder station Basel Bad to Freiburg Breisgau.
