Ticket time Error.

Excuse me,

A few days ago I booked tickets to go to Domodossola from Zermatt.

However, the ticket is marked with a time different from the time I chose. (Departure 00:00, arrival the next day 05:00)

It seems to be an error. Can you change it?

I want to change to a table starting at Zermatt on the 16th at 14:13 and arriving at domodossola at 16:12.

Please answer.

As I can see from your description, you are in possession of a normal price ticket. These are not train bound, you can take any train on the selected day for the same route, except the Glacier Express. The ticket is therefore valid from 00:00, arrival the next day 05:00 a.m.
