Need to cancel my ticket

I’d like to cancel my tickets.
I need to visit Basel before Zurich airport. But my ticket doesnt include Basel transfer.
I hope to cancel my tickets and get a refund.
If it’s not possible, changing the ticket schedule would be greatful.
