Price difference website and mobile app

HI,

I am experiencing price differences in buying tickets online. On my mobile phone, through the SBB app, I am charged full price while being logged in and having a half fare card.

Through the website, tickets are offered half price, which is correct.

Assuming this is not a hick-up in the app, nor that I am the first one who is facing it, I am wondering what should I do to be able to purchase also my tickets half price through the mobile app?

You can buy a half fare ticket on the Mobile App as follow:

1. enter a connection

2. choose the right connection, which you want take

3. click on “Tickets from CHF xx.xx”

4. click on edit travelers

5. click on the pencil behind your name

6. click on “½” (the black button has to be on ½)

7. Finally you can click on “Accept” and then you can buy a ticket for the half price

I purchased an 8 day Swiss travel pass online, but wasn’t logged in to SBB and can’t view the pass in the mobile app. Did I have to be logged in at time of purchase in order to view it Inn the mobile app?

Correct, you must be logged in at the time of purchase to see the ticket in the app.
