Mobile SBB

Hello, I bought these tickets on mobile SBB application, but I cannot find this ticket on my smartphone.

I can find these tickets on PC SBB site, but not on mobile APP.

Also, other tickets that I bought can be find on both PC and APP, but only these tickets can not.How can I fix this?

Hey jiuy97 At the moment tickets can only be displayed on the device on which they were purchased. The problem is known. Please print the ticket out or show the ticket from the confirmation mail. Regards Kilian
