If you have made an order with logging-in you can easily check your account (under “orders”) if the ticket has been issued. If you don’t find the relevant order, it didn’t take place and we have subsequently not charged your credit card.
If you have placed an order without logging-in please send an e-mail to ticketshop@sbb.ch and submit the following information:
