manigam76 I purchased super saver ticket by mistake for Zurich HB instead of Zurich flughafen. Can I cancel my HB ticket and get a refund. I also booked direct ticket to Flughafen via Mobile App. Travel date is 16.Feb18
CharlineB Hello manigam76, If you buy a new ticket to full price (not a supersaver ticket), we can then cancel your supersaver ticket with 10.- CHF fees pro ticket. A refund is only possible if you contact our ticketshop: ticketshop@sbb.ch / 0848 030 030. Kind regards, CharlineB
