Kimdongkyun I just read you ticket terms and conditions. I booked same route from Spiez to Brig on 05.02.2018. Then you can give me a refund. Is it right? Where can I get the refund? I booked from Interlaken to Spiez and from Spiez to Brig. and from Brig to Domodossola on 05.02.2018.
