Hello. I am going to Switzerland next month. So I bought Supersaver ticket which from Zurich airport to Luzern on 19, Feb. Same day I bought one Saver Day pass by my mistake as well. I checked the exact price of it but suddenly became a payment. Also I’ll buy tickets for 20, Feb and 22, Feb. Could you kindly cancel Saver Day Pass please? I am ready to pay a cancellation fee. Please help me make a refund. If it can not be canceled, is it possible to exchange it? What should I do if it is possible?
