I booked supersaver ticket wrong.

I booked 3 supersaver tickets ( Half-fare travelcard) from Domodossola to Zermatt on 15.01.2018 at 14:48

But i booked by mistake.

we don’t have Half-fare travelcard all people.

Can i exchange tickets (No discount) at the Domodossola Station on that day??

Of course i will pay for the extra charge.

Please help me and reply..

If you buy new tickets to full price (not supersaver tickets),we can then cancel your supersaver tickets with 10.- CHF fees pro ticket.

A refund is only possible if you contact our ticketshop: ticketshop@sbb.ch / 0848 030 030.
