What is Customer Number on e-ticket Swiss Pass?

Hello,

I just bought Swiss Pass online and I got e-Ticket. On e-Ticket, it shows only Ticket ID (12-digit number) and Order No. (11-digit number) and no Customer Number shown. As I would like to link my e-Ticket with Swiss Pass App and also to reserve Bernina Express, I can’t do as both are require me to put Customer Number. Where/How can I get Customer Number (10-digit number)? Pls note I live in Thailand and no Swiss Pard Card.

Your ticket will link with your App online if you have bought it with a login. You can do a login without a SwissPass card, because if you don’t need a abonnement you won’t receive a card.

But if you have bought the Ticket already as a guest you can’t link it anymore.
