Unforunately, I haven’t found any reservation with your names or E-Mail Address.
If you don’t receive an e-mail with the tickets or with an order number the credit card was NOT charged. On your credit card are at the moment only authorization questions, usually the credit card will not be charged and the reserved amount will be released (normally within 24h).
I recommend you the following possibilities:
- make a new booking with using a different PC/Web browser
- make a new booking online with using another credit card
If your credit card is really debited please contact our Online Support. E-Mail Adress Online-Support: ticketshop@sbb.ch
Please send them the first 6 digits and the last 4 digits of your creditcard as well as the E-Mail Adress you used and the desired stretch you tried to purchase.
