Hii,
I brought 2 tickets for two adults on the website for 390 CHF but checking the receipt they sent to me that they have charged me 436 CHF.

I tried to contact them though the phone number on the online ticket, but it is non English language at all. And I sent them email but no reply yet.
How can I contact them to fix this discrepancy?
