seat reservation advanced time

Hello everyone!

I just bought Swiss travel pass and plan to reserve a seat of Glacier Express, but to find that “seat reservation not possible”!

The date is 28th December, nearly a month from now. Why is it not possible? Anyone got an idea? Thanks!!!seat reservation.png

The Glacier Express seat reservation is available here:
https://shop.glacierexpress.ch/gex_en/

It is not possible to reserve these seats on the sbb.ch-Website but at the SBB counter or through our Rail Service under the number 0900 300 300 (CHF1.19/min). Kindly note, with the second two options are no online-tickets available.
