i have purchased a Swiss travel pass for 4 days starting on 4 August

I want to travel from Lugano to Luzern through PE train

Is the Swiss travel pass covered that or No?

if yes is seat reservation required or No?

if yes from which website I can do please?

Yes this train is covered by your Swiss Travel Pass but you still must pay a supplement.

Seat reservations are compulsory on this train and can be made either by telephone or at an SBB counter of your choice.

You can purchase a class upgrade. All you have to do is to enter the connection in the timetable and then choose “more tickets”.

What is mean by a supplement?

offering a solution to do through SBB counter is not logic since I will arrive Lugano on 4 August and train on 5 August and maybe no seats available at that item

how can I pay seat reservations for this train though the application itself

if yes which supplement I can choose or which pass I can use since the Swiss travel pass is not mentioned there

Any way now I made seat reservations for that train on 4 August

now my question can I upgrade to first class through SBB app

cause App give me that option since I have 2nd class Swiss travel pass and I maid seat reservations
