Buying discounted tickets with Swiss Travel Pass

Hello, I’m frequently visiting Switzerland and I’m using the SBB mobile app for buying the tickets. During my next visit I would like to use the benefits of 15 days Swiss Travel Pass.

I’m curious how should I pay for the mountain railways with the mobile app while carrying this pass? I suppose I should choose “half-fare travelcard” option to get 50% reduction, correct?

But, as I understand, when traveling in Jungfrau region from Lauterbrunnen to Kleine Scheidegg, I have to pay for the last portion of a trip (Wengen-Kleine Scheidegg) 75% of regular price. How can I do it online?

Hello @AkoTerpuh,

If you can have a reduction of 50%, you can choose “Half-Fare Travelcard”.

On our App, it’s not possible to get a reduction of 25%. If you want to go to the Jungfraujoch or to the Kleine Scheidegg, you have to buy a ticket on a SBB Station.

I am having the same issue as I’m not being able to get any discount when doing reservation in the sbb website. I bounght Swiss travel pass 4D/1cls and trying to reserve seat on Gotthard Panorama trip. But instead the prices shown at the end was full price without the discount as there is no button to indicate Swiss Travel Pass holder. But in mySwitzerland.com said that 1st class holder is fully covered by SBB? Please advice me.
