I am travelling on the 7th July 2023 with 25 scouts from Geneva Airport to Kandersteg. I have booked train travel direct through SSB.ch. Is this booking valid for any journey between Geneva and Kandersteg on the 7th July or do I need to travel on the provided route.

If the booking is not flexible how do I change or amend the booking as the planned journey involves 3 trains and also a bus… I do not this this will be practical with 25 young scouts and luggage.

Did you book a group travel ticket or a school day pass? Whether an amendment is possible depends on the ticket type and capacity on public transport services.
