I tried several times, but I had to make a non-member purchase because the SBB shop and the Swiss Pass login were not linked. The money was withdrawn from the account, but the purchase confirmation email did not come. The approval date is 2023.07.05, and the approval number is (redacted). Please check

One more. I made a day pass cilldren canceled because i bought two ticketsby mistake. Its number is (SBB Admin: redacted. Reason: SBB Community is a public forum). When can i get a refund? Thank you.

Kindly note, for privacy reasons, you should not reveal ticket numbers or other travel related information on this platform as it is public.

If there was no purchase confirmation, the purchase failed and the money that was reserved on your credit card will again be released in the next hours. There is a pinned post on that: Authorized credit payment but cannot receive the ticket
