- I can’t load my tickets through the SBB App.
[An unknown error has occurred. Error code: TIF-2061]
In August and September, I completed the purchase of “Saver Day Pass” and received a ticket by APP.
But I don’t know why it doesn’t work right now.
In order to solve the problem, I tried to remove and reinstall apps. But an error is occurring.
Also I cannot login via website either.
If you have similar experiences and solutions, please advice.
