Hello.

I bought a train ticket from Roma-Termini to Fiumicino aerop on July 3, 2023 on the SBB homepage for 42 CHF.
However, you cannot receive SBB tickets directly from Roma-Termini.
So I had to buy a ticket again on the spot.
I can’t get a refund because I can’t get a phone call and I don’t have an email address to inquire about.
And, on July 2nd, the card approval for 42 CHF was duplicated.
I request the cancellation of the total amount of 84 CHF purchased above.

It is difficult to call Korea now, so it would be nice if you could tell me your e-mail address.

If you did not receive a ticket, the 42 francs were not charged but reserved, which means that you will be reimbursed this amount in the next 3-10 days. However, if you want to exchange, refund or change your international ticket then you must contact us by phone we have a number for our international customers: +41 51 225 78 00.
