Hello, I sent a request to cancel the Saver Day Pass I purchased to SBB, but I haven’t received any reply until now… so I’m sending an email again… I’m so stressed out because I just have to pay for all these tickets that I’ve never been to or even used since all the plans had to be cancelled…
Could you please help me get any feedback and get a refund on all the tickets, if possible?
