Hello,

I’m leaving Switzerland on 03.08 this year so I want to cancel my half fare travelcard (the latest cancellation date of my card is February next year). When should I send a cancellation request? If I send the cancellation now (03.07), will I be able to use my travelcard in the next month (from 03.07 to 03.08)?

Hello Lex_Liu02

You can cancel the subscription at any time, the cancellation will become effective by the subscription’s official end date.

The Half Fare Card subscription remains active until its last day of validity, no matter when you have cancelled it.
