I missed my train on 20 Jun 23 from Milano Centrale to Spiez. It was my connecting tickets from Venice to Milano Porta Garibaldi and Milano centrale to Spiez. I understand my tickets were not transferable & refundable. As a results I bought a ticket at one of the ticket counters at milano centrale which cost me Euro 175. The travel destination was from Milano centrale to Spiez (Direction Basel SBB Euro city 54). Unfortunately, I lost my bought ticket at milano centrale counter during my 4 days Switzerland visit. It was just a small piece of paper not like an e-ticket which I received on my first bought ticket from Milano centrale to Spiez ( Euro city 52). However, please find attached a screenshot of the paid bill on 20 Jun 023 from my Visa card for your perusal. We bought a Swiss travel pass and a family Swiss travel pass valid from 20 to 24 Jun 2023. However, forget to produce a Valid swiss travel pass at the ticket counter and had to Pay Euro 175 for my 3 family tickets. Our Swiss travel pass ticket ID is *** SBB admin: redacted => data protection Passport Name is as following:

Please assist me to refund my train tickets from Milano Centrale to Spiez where a Swiss travel pass exists ( Domodossola to Spiez). Please, find attached the tickets as well banking statements for your perusal.
