It seems like the transaction was not successful. Check your credit card account again, as the amount reserved was probably released meanwhile and is back on your card.
You need a credit card that supports 3D secure to make a successful payment. Also, there is always a purchase confirmation by e-mail when the purchase was successful.
If you can’t buy the tickets now, you can still buy it tomorrow at the station, excluding Saver offers.
