hello I asked for a refund and still haven’t received a refund. SBB asked me to prove a new ticket as a condition of refund. But I plan to buy the Jungfrau vip ticket directly on the spot on August 6th in switzerland train ticket office. So currently I don’t have a ticket to prove my newly purchased travel card. I sincerely ask for a refund.

it is saver day pass.

I know this type of ticket is nonrefundable.

But I try to refund request in SBB APP and the ticket shows the message ‘A refund has been requested for this ticket.’.

This is a static message that will only confirm that you have requested a refund. It will not say anything about the status of your request, or whether it has been accepted or refused.

To exchange it with the Jungfrau VIP ticket is, from my understanding, not possible as these are two different products with different coverage. The final decision lies with SBB.

It is not possible to exchange tickets for tickets from another segment. Your refund request will be processed by the SBB Contact Center, normally within 48 hours.
