Earlier this month I bought a ticket from Zermatt to Milan Centrale, but it was a one time purchase without any identification, as I was not connected to my SSB account.
I entered my email address and card details, and the purchase was processed, but I didn’t receive any king of confirmation via email, or reservation number. However, I was charged for the ticket on my credit card.
There is any way for me to get a hold of the ticket, or any information related to it? Or even have the refund for this purchase?
