I am trying to understand your question.
Is the passenger’s name completely different or just a middle name missing while first and last names are still correctly mentioned on the ticket? That’s not a problem, you can travel with it.
Or, are you asking for a complete name change for a ticket that has already been issued? In this case, and provided it is not a saver ticket, you can simply cancel the ticket and buy a new one.
Saver tickets cannot be changed / cancelled unless you buy a full fare ticket or a new saver ticket, yet there is no refund for the wrong one.
If you want to change the passengers name for future tickets, you can do so during the next purchase; simply modify the passenger’s name before buying the ticket.
