Need to cancel 8 day pass and rebook 15 days pass - No login Created

Hi, We need to rebook our swiss travel pass from 8 days to 15. days… we booked online, with out creating a login id/password. I do not find a way for us to cancel the original booking. Can use some help.

From what provider have you bought the passes? SBB?

Kindly note, a refund is only possible before the Swiss Travel Pass’ first day of validity. You can request a refund using this form: Refund on tickets in Switzerland | SBB help & contact

You could also see the SBB Travel Office upon arrival and have it changed there, provided it is not yet valid.

Thanks for the response, we filled the form and submitted the refund ask.

Our journey starts on July 29th so there is some time I hope we will be able to get a refund before that and buy new tickets.

We used https://www.swiss-pass.ch/swiss-pass/ website for booking the swiss pass.

Please let me know if there is anything else that can be done to get this refund faster?
