Hi, I purchased a half fare card, have a confirmation reference number and my credit card charge has gone from pending to paid. However, I have still not received my card via email and it’s not in my SBB portal either. I’ve reached out directly to SBB and have still not heard back after several days. Does anyone know how I can obtain my tickets?

We recommend to call the SBB Contact Center: +41 51 225 78 00 You can indicate the confirmation reference number to them and they can verify your booking.
