I have been trying to send some queries to the contact center through the “contact form”, however every time I try it I get the message “check your entries”, this happens both when using firefox, Google Chrome, Safari and Samrthphone (android). What can be the reason of this problem? and the solution?
I have already deleted all the Browsing history, however the problem persists.
I have questions about the Half fare card and its renewal, so I would like to contact SBB via email, is there an email address to contact them more directly, or maybe a phone number?
