Good day,

I am travelling to Switzerland in September and want to buy the Swiss Travel Pass for my family. On our last day we need to travel from Zurich to Hanau, Germany, via train. How do you recommend I book my ticket so that I can get the most out of the Swiss Travel Pass while in Switzerland?

Your Swiss Travel Pass is valid as far as Basel Bad.

You could buy a ticket from either station, Basel SBB or Basel Bad to Hanau Hbf. You can buy the ticket for Germany on www.sbb.ch/en or www.bahn.com/en.
