We are very angery and disappoint about SBB and SNCF. Because they cheated us.
My wife bought a train ticket in Bienne train station in Switzerland.
Because she would need a ticket validate on 22 June 2023 from Paris to Switzerland.

This is the ticket which she got from Bienne station, everything looks right. The reference number is (redacted).
When she was on the train on 22 June 2023, two guys come to check the ticket and they said this ticket is not validate, she need to pay 195 Euro. She called me immediately and crying, I called SBB hotline immediately and the lady who answered my phone suggest me to pay it and come back to Bienne station after that. So my wife paid again for this train ticket.

After that I went to the bienne station to ask them, but they checked again and again and told me, everything is right on their said, I have to ask SNCF. They also don’t know why.
What a funny thing, they ask a customer to find out a reason between SBB and SNCF, and they can’t provide at least a phone number of email which I can contact with SNCF, the only thing they give to me is SNCF website.
Today I checked my email box, and find an email from SNCF, as below:

I got another ticket on 22 July 2023, and the reference number is (redacted). Same reference number, but the date are different.
As a result, SBB said this is not their mistake, they can do nothing for us. The only thing they did was taking our CHF 120 when we buy the ticket.
SNCF also did nothing, because we can’t find anyone, nobody want to give us a email address or a phone number.
I think SBB and SNCF are cooperate to defraud customers, this is a perfect plan, SBB ask the customer buy the ticket and get the money, and then change the ticket in their system without inform customer. When SNCF staff come to check, tell the customer to buy the ticket again, get the money again.
After this happened, they both can says they don’t know what happened, because everything is right in their system. This happened once on us, I am sure this will happened on you in the future.
I am going to fight with these two companies, hope one day we can get the money back.
