Starting a trip with the widget works normally, but when I end the trip oftentimes there’s an error where it says the trip was too short. I’ve received a warning that I shouldn’t start and end the trips immediately at the same spot, I suspect because of this. But that’s not what I do - I start the trip at point A, go around during the day, and then end the trip after I come back to point A in a few hours, but the error still happens often.
What could be the cause of this? I don’t want my account to be blocked because of a problem with the SBB Mobile application.
