Hi,

I made a reservation for the Golden Pass train frrom Zweisimmen to Montreaux. I selected first class for everything, but when I received the confirmation email, it showed up as below. I paid for first class and selected those seats, so I’m confused why the email says “prestige” but the ticket itself says 2nd class. Could someone please clarify what happened?
