well, point to point ticket basically means full price ticket without a discount, without HFC I agree it can be insanely expensive, as here is no maximum cap price, with a HFC tickets will be capped at max 75 chf (the cost of day pass for half fare card (not saver day pass, just to clarify). it allows you travelling from a to b during the day you booked the ticket, and you can use any train you like.
super saver tickets restrict you with the train you booked, unless it is due to delay or cancellation, you cannot use any other train except the specific one you booked.
saver day pass is a discounted day pass that you need to book in advance, the price increases with demands.
