Hi,

I would like to get a 1 month GA Travel card[1]. I currently have a yearly Half Fare card, and a yearly ZVV card. As the GA includes the half fare and the ZVV zones, I’d be paying twice for that.

Is it possible to pause the ZVV and the half fare cards while I have the 1 month GA? If so: what’s the procedure to do it?

If it is not possible: can I get a partial refund?

It’s not possible to pause it if you buy the 1 month GA travelcard. You can get an partial refund of the ZVV Pass but the half fare card can only be cancelled annually.
