We have a Swiss pass, and tickets from Zürich HB to St. Margrethen SG are double-booked.

We want to refund this section ticket.

When I told the station worker on the train, I got an answer to tell the office.

I attached Swiss pass QRcode and from Zürich HB to St. Margrethen SG QR code.

Before I tell you how to refund your tickets, I would like to mention that it is absolutely unsafe to post screenshots of your tickets on a public internet platform. By doing so, you reveal all your personal data and allow other users to copy and use your tickets!

You want to refund international connection tickets, they are linked with your ticket to interbational ticket (e.g. to Germany or Austria). Usually, international connection tickets can only be cancelled if the entire international ticket is cancelled and reissued. Please contact the SBB Contact Center to clarify: +41 51 225 78 56 (24/7, waiting times may occur).
