I am currently logged in, but after completing the payment, I am redirected to a page that looks like the attached image. At first, I thought it might be an error, so I tried making the payment again, but the same issue occurred. As a result, two payments have been processed.
I would like to inquire about this issue and seek assistance in resolving it. Could you please investigate the situation and provide guidance on how to proceed? Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.
