Hello, I booked a train from Paris Gare de Lyon to Interlaken Ost. Unfortunately, my destination is Grindelwald and I made a mistake. Can I get a refund on the existing ticket? If I keep the existing reservation, my travel schedule gets too complicated. I ask for your mercy.

Hey, you are in the commuity tab. You should probably contact customer service. I (an othet traveler) can not answer your question, but you can easily take the train from Interlaken Ost to Grindelwald. It drives almost every 30 minutes and it’s only 36 minutes from Interlaken Ost to Grindelwald. I hope this calms you down. If not just ask the Customer service.
