Hello community,

I have a ticket from Paris to Zurich which also includes a ZVV ticket Zurich to Winterthur. The ticket was bought on the french platform SNCF. I only have 7 minutes between both trains at Zurich hbf.

Do you have any idea on how to redeem the ZVV ticket in advance?

Hello, Thank you for your enquiry.

In such a case you have to call SNCF to exchange the ticket as it was not purchased from us.
