The bike space reservation option is present, but I cannot complete the bike space without a seat

SBB.ch ticketshop is not allowing me to complete the purchase of bike reservation spaces. The price of CHF2 is quoted, but there is not option to go to checkout. It did offer a seat reservation, which I did, and then the checkout only sold me the person seat and not the two bike spaces. How do you buy bike reservation spaces?

Thanks for your request. Bike seats for InterCity (IC) trains can be reserved in the SBB Mobile app, on SBB.ch and at the ticket counter.
Bike spaces for the Swiss section of international trains can be reserved via SBB.ch and at the ticket counter. Kind regards GiuseppeL
