Email confirmation doesn't show train departure time

Hi, I purchased a ticket from Lucerne to Interlaken as a guest online so all I received was the email confirmation and the e-ticket. However, neither the email nor the e-ticket shows the train departure or arrival time (it just shows QR code, my name, a few other things), and I’ve forgotten when I purchased the train ticket for.

How can I find the departure time for my train ticket?

In Switzerland, regular point-to-point tickets are open tickets and good for any connection serving the route, in your case Lucerne to Interlaken Ost; you are not required to use a specific train at a specific time. This would be the case when using Supersaver tickets, only.

This explains why there is no train depature indicated on your ticket. Trains from Lucerne to Interlaken leave Lucerne station every hour, at minute 06, thus 09:06, 10:06, 11:06, etc. You can find the timetable on sbb.ch/en or by using the SBB Mobile app.

The ticket is good for one single journey, intermediate stops are permitted but no back-tracking. And, it’s free seating.
