I bought the ticket under by account, but the order did not appear on my order record.
I bought the ticket online under by account, but the order did not appear on my order record.
Any case, the payment was successfully delivered.
The web report about purchase was received as well, this report was saved for case.
And then I was kicked out of my account. Guess, some web-glitch happened.
After relogging, I found that this recent order had disappeared from my list.
Currently I have only web report of purchase and nothing else. Never got the tickets by e-mail.
Could you, please, advise me how to solve this problem?
