Hi, I lost a black color bum bag while traveling to Basel SBB on Saturday 16th September, 2023. I have also filed a lost and found item report on Saturday only but haven’t heard back from you. Can you please help, it is really important as it contained my passport?

Hello dok06ud

If a passport is found, it is always sent to the embassy of the country of origin. You have to contact the embassy as well.

It may take up to 10 days to receive some news from SBB.

RolandP Did you get your bag back? I am in the same situation. I lost my backpack containing passport on 19th September.

No not yet, however I received a report from SBB that they were unable to find my bag. I re-applied for new passport.
