Hello,

I bought two tickets for Basel to Stuttgart without login.

But the problem is I didn’t get E-mail from Sbb while my money is out from my credit.

I used same Email which I used when registering Sbb.

I think server has some problem cause the money is already out but I didn’t get any mails from the site.

So if you find my tickets, send email again please.
