When Can I refund?

when 02.06.2023, i bought ticket from basel to interlaken ost(Basel SBB dep 04.08.2023 15:56
Interlaken Ost arr 04.08.2023 17:58).

but my place is interlaken west.

so as soon as reservaiton, i was just cancel the ticket and i requested refund.

after i requested refund, i got a email to sbb.

the means, you guys were pleased to confirm my refund.

but i can’t refund until now

i wonder when can i refund?
