Hi, i’m nagyeong.

I’d like to ask about cancellation.I purchased point-to-point ticket Spitz to Grindelwald on June 12th. I had to buy ticket on July 8th but I made a mistake on setting a date, and it easily payed with my face ID

I know that is absolutely my fault, but I hope your positive reply🙂 Have a great day!

P.S. I already requested a refund on S.B.B application, but card payment is not cancelled yet.

What kind of ticket is it? A point-to-point or a Supersaver ticket? The latter is not refunded if the refund request was not made within 30 minutes after purchase and bought as registered customer (logged-in while purchase).
